Award
Millennium Scholarship Foundation - Eligible students will be entitled to a maximum sum of $19,200 over a total period of thirty-two months of study. These months need not be consecutive.

Description
The Millennium Scholarship Foundation administers two types of scholarships, and they are awarded on the basis of merit.  The Excellence Awards recognize, support and encourage talented young Canadians who make positive and significant contributions to the betterment of communities across the country, who demonstrate capacity for leadership and are committed to the pursuit of academic excellence and innovation. 

Eligibility
Applicants must:

• Be a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident;
• Be enrolled as a full-time student (college or university undergraduate) in a program recognised by the Canada Student Loans Program or the student financial assistance program of his/her province or territory of residence;
• Be enrolled at a recognised Canadian university, community college or private educational institution;
• Have successfully completed 60% of a year of post-secondary studies.
